Pool / Movie Room Sleeps 10

🚫 No smoking or alcohol in the backyard or pool area. These are shared spaces with other guests and families, and we aim to keep the environment respectful for everyone. Please keep volume low in the movie room after 10–11pm out of respect for other guests on the property. The pool is a shared space, so quiet hours also apply after 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings. Be mindful of others and treat the space with care—thanks! 🏡 House Rule: Snack & S’mores Starter Box To make your stay extra cozy, we’ve prepared a locked snack and s’mores box stocked with treats, drinks, and goodies. • The box is not included with your stay. • To access it, you can purchase the “Cozy Night Starter Pack” and receive the unlock code. Please contact us. • Box is not included with the purchase ONLY the items inside. • Please do not tamper with or attempt to open the box without authorization. • Any forced opening or missing items or missing box will result in a replacement charge of $75 per box. • Once unlocked, all items inside are yours to enjoy — no returns or restocks. ✨ Enjoy a cozy night in — complete with s’mores, popcorn, and drinks!

Guests have private access to the main portion of the house, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and home theater. The backyard and pool are shared with the garage tenant. 💡The master bedroom is locked off by default but may be made available upon request for an additional fee.
